How to Run a Full-Time Business on a Part-Time Schedule with Holly Haynes @Holly_Marie_Haynes

Are you tired of feeling guilty for working 24/7 and not seeing the growth you want? What if you knew how to structure your week in a way that allowed you to grow and scale your business, attract the right clients and still have time to spend on yourself?

Picture this:

You start your week stress-free with your “CEO” day all mapped out

You don’t wake up anxious and stressed about fitting in all the things

You have time to create content that aligns with your long-term vision attracting the right clients without spending hours scrolling.

You know what systems to create behind the scenes to support your biz

You had an income strategy to support your goals and time to review your finances to help you make the right decisions

You know how to build a community and it is actually fun. As in you enjoyed your business plan.

You had the right productivity routines in place so you actually could take a break and focus on all your VIPs (very important priorities), not just your business.

In this workshop, Holly shares the exact schedule, strategic tactics, and even time management tips she used to scale (and launch) a 6-figure business in 12 months during a pandemic while working full-time and even taking time off without burnout.(i.e. we are still scaling!)

Holly helps female entrepreneurs take back control of their time with proven productivity techniques, systems, and structure to create a business strategy that scales long term.

An industry expert, host of the Crush the Rush Podcast and featured Thrive and Entrepreneur author with a 20-year business consulting background with Fortune 500 companies, Holly runs her strategic coaching business and the Crush the Rush planner company while raising her twin daughters with her husband in addition to working for a non-profit in Columbus, Ohio.

Multipassionate Lifestyle (12:15pm ET / 11:15am CT)

Calling It In: Art As Ritual with Lauren Schwind @SubnormalChild

Participate in an interactive, creative workshop designed to help individuals reclaim their intuitive, creative voice, while focusing on process rather than product.

After being introduced to the concept and importance of “art as a self-care tool,” participants will be led into creating their own original piece of art. This piece of art will be specifically focusing on what each participant is “calling in” (or manifesting) for themselves.

Starting with tracing their hand and taking part in a short meditation before being invited to create in whatever capacity feels best for them. At the end of the session, individuals will be given some final thoughts on how to incorporate this practice into their self-care tool belt.

Lauren helps creative individuals with artistic wounds or blocks move through those barriers and into their authentic flow. Through holistically reframing art as ritual, individuals are able to connect to their inner compass more intuitively, and with a focus on fulfilling our souls purpose.

Safety Precautions

We will be taking the following precautions and following all state/city and CDC recommendations for this event:

  • limiting the number of attendees, speakers, and staff
  • private, contactless entrance to the venue
  • symptom questionnaire required at entrance
  • pre-arrival temperature check encouraged
  • masks required (sanitizer and disposable masks provided)
  • socially distant seating
  • individually packaged snacks
  • frequent sanitizing of surfaces
  • private restrooms for workshop attendees
  • windows and doors open for optimal airflow
  • virtual backup plan (in effect for both dates)

Virtual Backup Plan

If it is unlawful and unsafe to gather in groups, the event organizer and speakers have developed a plan to transition to a virtual platform (Zoom) at the same date and time as the in-person event.

Each date (9/13 and 11/1) will be treated as a separate event. If the 9/13 event transitions to a virtual platform, that does not mean the 11/1 event will necessarily transition to a virtual platform. Ticket holders will be notified by email at least 72 hours prior to the event.

If an event transitions to a virtual platform, ticket holders will automatically receive a 50% refund.

Details

MAKE • TAKE • TRY » mini-classes

Participate in entry-level, pay-as-you-go creative mini-classes. The projects are smaller, and so is the cost! Try a variety of projects throughout the 3-hour event without committing as much time or money as you would at a traditional workshop class. If you enjoy one of the mini-classes and want to participate in a larger project another day, the vendors are happy to share the details of their usual class schedule! Some vendors are also offering special discounts for MTT attendees to register for future classes.

SHOP » retail therapy

In addition to teaching mini-classes, many vendors will be selling ready-made items. Cash is encouraged.

ENJOY » brunch light bites

Did someone say parfait bar?!

WIN » swag bags and raffles

With the chance to win hundreds of dollars in giveaways, your ticket just paid for itself!

CONNECT » tribe of local creatives

This is NOT a stuffy networking event! You will be laughing and connecting with the vendors and other attendees in a casual, organic way.

SNAP » Instagram-worthy atmosphere

The Collective Table is a trendy venue in beautiful Old City. Don’t forget to tag @d20theory and #MakeItTakeItTryIt on Instagram!

Other Considerations

MTT is for adults 18+ and is not pet-friendly. No children or fur babies, please!

MTT is a dry event. There are plenty of places and opportunities to enjoy an alcoholic beverage, including the studios of some of the vendors! Feel free to go out for happy hour with the new members of your tribe after the event, or register for a BYOB workshop at one of the vendors’ studios!

All are welcome to attend MTT. The energy will DEFINITELY be feminine, but we welcome all genders, ages, races, etc. If you identify as a CREATIVE, you are invited to attend MTT!

If there are tickets available on the date of the event, cash payments of $40 will be accepted at the door. Check the @d20theory Instagram and Facebook pages for the latest updates on ticket availability at the door.
