If you're not exactly where you want to be, you're in luck! Periods of transition can be blessings in disguise because they provide opportunities for growth. Learning to leverage periods of change and adapt to new situations is an invaluable skill.

Although change may initially seem incompatible with the consistency and routines we've worked so hard to establish, new opportunities allow us analyze our routines, optimize our habits, and revitalize our motivation.

I know I'm supposed to love all my events equally, but... Self-Care Camp is my favorite. (Don't tell Girls with Goals and Productivity + Tea!)

The quarterly Camps allow us to connect with other ambitious women while practicing many forms of self-care. We begin the day with a Movement + Wellness session. Then we sharpen our Productivity + Mindset skills. Later in the afternoon, we participate in a fun Multipassionate activity. We end the day with games and giveaways.

Each session is separated by a 60-90 minute break because life doesn't pause for us multipassionates! Walk the dog, make lunch, check emails, or fold laundry in between sessions for a guilt-free day of self-care.

I don't know about you, but the spring just flew by for me! With work being busy and house hunting being stressful, I'm way overdue for some self-care.

I couldn't think of a better way to spend a #SelfCareSunday than in the company of our Summer Camp Counselors: @gingergirlandco, @kriyatingwithchristina, and @thescarletsanctuary

Self-Care Camp is a retreat for multipassionate women to take a break from #adulting for a day to nourish their minds and bodies, while building community with a tribe of like-minded ladies.

This quarterly event series reimagines all the things we loved about summer camp, field trips, earning Girl Scout badges, and YMCA programs.

LEARNING IS GROWING

When someone asks me how I graduated Summa Cum Laude from undergrad and grad school or overcame the learning curve of being a first-time small business owner... my answer is always the same:

"I enjoy learning and growing."

You don't have to be a walking encyclopedia, graduate with a 4.0 GPA, or be the "quick learner" at work to be successful. You just have to find the style of learning that works best for you and apply it to your goals. Embrace your strengths and commit to your growth.
