I was a shy, timid kid. I didn't start to break out of my shell until high school.

I still enjoy listening more than talking, never crave being the center of attention, and cautiously consider new opportunities.

I'm a quietly confident introvert who knows her worth and stands behind her values.
CURIOSITY Let's reframe the identity of a "multip CURIOSITY

Let's reframe the identity of a "multipassionate" to reflect our desire to understand and master the things that light us up.

No matter what you're passionate about, the curiosity to keep learning and growing is what sets you apart from others.

I have a lot of respect for accountants, for example, who have a desire to understand and work with finances, which I will never enjoy!

The bottom line: We often talk about the importance of embracing our interests and abilities while failing to recognize the mechanism that fuels our fire: curiosity.

Do you ever beat yourself up because you're not where you're "supposed to be" in your career/relationships/adulting skills?

Multipassionate womxn are NOTORIOUS for being irrationally hard on themselves.

High expectations are great, but self acceptance is even better if you actually want to be happy while you work toward your goals.

✍🏽 What idea of who/what/where you're "supposed to be" would you like to leave behind as you begin to accept yourself?

✍🏿 Where does that idea come from? Parents, bosses, teachers, society, the media?

You will likely first have to distance yourself from the source before you experience a significant change in mindset.
