If you're like me, you don't wish on a star, rub crystals, or pray for a miracle when you really want something for yourself. You don't hold your breath and wait for the answer to land in your lap. You're a goal-getter!

I am a firm believer that all the magic we need to achieve our goals is already inside of us. We only need to grant ourselves permission to take that step.

MINDFULNESS There are many productivity and minds MINDFULNESS

There are many productivity and mindset topics that I discuss confidently. Time-management, positive thinking, self-care... These come very naturally to me.

Mindfulness hasn't always been so easy for me. I am very much a student walking alongside you on the path to increased mindfulness. What I've learned is that there are lots of simple, quick ways to build up your mindfulness repertoire.

Three simple ways I practice mindfulness:
📵 turn my phone off when I'm enjoying nature (hiking, beach, etc.)
😴 take 3 minutes to meditate before bed each night
💦 listen and respond to my body when I'm thirsty, my muscles are sore, or I have a headache

✍🏻 How important is mindfulness to you? Be honest and don't judge yourself. It's okay if mindfulness isn't currently at the top of your priority list. After all, the purpose of mindful living is to acknowledge and accept your experience for what it is.

✍🏽 Identify a simple way you can practice mindfulness daily. How can you hold yourself accountable and remain consistent?

My #1 Task Management Strategy This is EASILY one My #1 Task Management Strategy

This is EASILY one of the most common focuses of my one-on-one coaching sessions.

Can you relate? You have way too many tasks on your to-do list. You try your best to be consistent, time block, set SMART goals... But what about the daily, weekly, or monthly recurring tasks that reappear on the list as soon as you cross them off?! It's so discouraging...

SUCCESS STRATEGY: Make a different kind of list.

Evaluate a specific area of your life (domain). Then break it down by type of task (sub-domain).

1) Decide which tasks are necessary. Eliminate anything that doesn't make the cut.

2) Choose to DIY, delegate, automate, or outsource the remaining tasks.

Consider these examples...

DOMAIN: business
SUB-DOMAIN: social media

ELIMINATE: a platform that isn't a good fit for your business (You don't need an account on every platform!)
DELEGATE: ask your business partner for help
AUTOMATE: invest in a stock photo membership like @SocialSquares and apps like @Planoly and @Tailwindapp
OUTSOURCE: hire a social media manager (Pinterest SMM's are welcome to slide into my DM's!)

DOMAIN: home
SUB-DOMAIN: chores

ELIMINATE: items you no longer want or need
DELEGATE: ask your roommate or partner for help
AUTOMATE: invest in an @irobot (Ours is named Rudy!)
OUTSOURCE: hire a cleaning crew (I'm currently accepting referrals local to Delco!)
