PREPARATION Good productivity and mindset habits PREPARATION

Good productivity and mindset habits are easiest to establish when you're in a state of low stress.

It can be difficult to recognize the importance of good habits when things are going well.

Trust meβ€”during periods of high stress, you'll thank yourself for being proactive.

β€’ β€’ β€’

✍🏻 What habits and tools do you currently rely on to support your productivity and mindset?

✍🏽 If you experienced a high-stress event tomorrow, where would you need the most support?

✍🏾 How can you begin to close the gap between the habits and tools you have in place and the ones from which you may benefit during a period of high stress?

If I could go back and tell myself when I was youn If I could go back and tell myself when I was younger, I'd say...

πŸ’– Be confident.

πŸ’– Speak up.

πŸ’– You deserve to take up space.

I was a shy, timid kid. I didn't start to break out of my shell until high school.

I still enjoy listening more than talking, never crave being the center of attention, and cautiously consider new opportunities.

I'm a quietly confident introvert who knows her worth and stands behind her values.
CURIOSITY Let's reframe the identity of a "multip CURIOSITY

Let's reframe the identity of a "multipassionate" to reflect our desire to understand and master the things that light us up.

No matter what you're passionate about, the curiosity to keep learning and growing is what sets you apart from others.

I have a lot of respect for accountants, for example, who have a desire to understand and work with finances, which I will never enjoy!

The bottom line: We often talk about the importance of embracing our interests and abilities while failing to recognize the mechanism that fuels our fire: curiosity.

β€’ β€’ β€’

✍🏼 Why is it important for you to stay curious?

✍🏽 What passion do you most enjoy learning about?

✍🏾 Are you satisfied with the amount of time you currently spend exploring that passion? How can your schedule better reflect your priorities?

Tip of the Day:Β KNOW YOUR STRENGTHS I recently t Tip of the Day:Β KNOW YOUR STRENGTHS

I recently took the VIA Strengths survey for a positive psychology mini course I'm taking.

The results weren't surprising, but they did get me thinking about how to use ALL of my strengths more often.

Swipe to see my results!

One of the amazing things about committing to a path of personal growth is that you can use your top strengths to better understand and improve areas you want to improve.

Nobody is great at everything; nobody is terrible at everything.

The magic lays in self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-determination to make something beautiful out of your unique combination of strengths.

Send me a DM if you're interested in learning more about the VIA strengths survey. I'm happy to share my professional knowledge and personal experience!
