Last weekend was the biannual Self-Care Camp retre Last weekend was the biannual Self-Care Camp retreat, and I'm already looking forward to the next retreat in January 2023!

We twerked. We used human design to set healthy boundaries. We took the stress out of choosing the perfect foundation. And we played bingo for some awesome prizes!

Here are some of my favorite takeaways from each of the sessions...

CONTROL When you have ambitious goals and want to CONTROL

When you have ambitious goals and want to succeed, it can be hard to accept that you don't have total control over the outcome.

(As a recovering perfectionist, I completely understand!)

On the other hand, you may wish others could make the difficult decisions for you—shift the accountability and relieve the pressure.

The healthiest mindset is somewhere in the middle. Just like most healthy habits, balancing a desire for control and accepting that there are many factors outside of your control is easier said than done.
